Shoutbox violations may be revisited in the future and lifted if we feel you have learnt your lesson however asking to be unbanned from the shoutbox will only reduce your chances of being unbanned considerably, especially after only as little as 3 days after being banned. Plain ignorance is no excuse to blatantly ignoring the the massive green banner which you seem to have a hard time comprehending.

Nowadays laptops and desktops are both just a powerful however laptops will be more expensive for the same specs than in a desktop as the parts are built to be more compact were in a desktop, space isn't an issue. So the deciding factor is, will you be wanting to move around a lot with your computer? If so, I'd suggest a laptop.

IP.Board also allow the option to use the "Community In The Cloud" feature which will cost you a monthly fee to use the license and they will host your website for you too however you will have a members restriction.
