If i add a new Page, its not on my navigation bar?

Hello! BTW thank you all for your help on my issue with nothing showing up when people goto connect. Seems not alot of people have that issue. But now, i use IP.Content. looked online for tutorials. Have NO IDEA How to make new pages!And when i do, its under the page named page I wanna know, how to make a COMPELTELY new page, like one for example called CoD4 Servers. And when you click on that it goes to www.mysite/cod4_server.html or .php And how do you properly populate that with things like latest threads and such? Thanks!
