    I had a similar issue, to which i had to fix by changing the Upload path, to do this in the end I took a backup of my site and databases, opened up the database in phpmyadmin and found in the database table core_file_storage the string which use to be in the conf global file before they introduced filestorage systems, i modified it to look like this: {"dir":"{root}\/uploads","url":"/uploads"} from {"dir":"{root}\/uploads","url":"mydomain.com/uploads"} and then had to delete the storageConfigration file inside the datastore folder and reload the site. It worked for me, worth a try but i would highly recommend a backup before proceeding. Hope this helps, let me know the outcome :)

    This is what's called a forum redirect as you can see here: You have the ability to create a forum, but when clicked it redirects to another website or URL, In this case it just redirects to: http://webflake.sx/files/category/39-ipboard/ Which is the downloads section of the website, By default it will look like this: But with a bit of styling using CSS you can make it look like the above, it all depends on the skin your using to how it looks.     I've installed this skin and checked, It is definitely in there, This was a brand new installation with just this single skin installed, When modified it gave the desired output above, The CSS for this is pulled via a Iframe as you can see in the Tree here: If you like I can show you, Drop me a PM if you wish.

    Inside Linux I just Cron a sh script to do the following: mysqldump -u root -prootpassword --all-databases > /backup/ The script i use it a little bit more complex then that because it generates dates and times too so I know when, But then from there I just use sshfs to move across to the NAS we have for safe storage.     ACP -> Look & Feel -> Edit your Theme -> Select CSS -> Edit IPB_ckeeditor.css Find .cke_top { background: #efefef url('{style_images_url}/editor/toolbar_bg.png') repeat-x !important; } Edit and replace #efefef with your colour and the toolbar_bg edit inside PS to change the color.     I wouldent allow me to, It would just take me to the upgrade page, Rather then doing a install on it and is still doing, thats what was thinking, When upgrading now though im getting errors in relation to Droping columns on the tables -_- Think i've make a right mess of this

    Hi there, So i've uninstalled IPContent VIA the ACP due to errors i had which stopped the whole community working. So now im comming to re install after removing all the Database tables and re-uploading the stock files. and im getting errors with the database and it trying to upgrade from an older IPB version causing errors which are stopping me from continue, I've checked the core_applications to check in there if CCS is showing in there, It isent, I've deleted all the CCS_Prefixed tables to try and allow me to do a total fresh install of it, Still nothing Does anybody know if there is anyway around doing this without re installing the whole board as i want to avoid that as best possible. I would have just thought there would be a variable somewhere i can tweak to show it as a first time installation where it asks to skip or overwrite tables but unfortunately i cannot find this option Can anybody shed some light on this ? Regards

    The easiest way to do this is to disable guests from viewing the catagory - AFAIK. Otherwise you should be able to do it via robotstxt.txt add to robotstxt.txt Disallow: forum/Your Forum Name/ This can be found in your Address URL

    This is a rip of the skin used of War-Z's offical forums. It has no customisations for Nexus/Content or anything like that just the bog standard IPB forum engine. it looks exactly the same but the CSS is a little messy and unorganized, but is understandable as it is a direct rip.     Hi guys. So i've come across a problem that i cant seem to fix I've got the like/reputation system enabled on my forums but when people like posts its shows up as if they have liked it but it does not actually show who has liked the post like it has done in the past next to the button. now it it doing this on all skins so its a forum wide problem not just a skin problem. has anybody else had this problem or know how i can fix it? Thanks Above is an example of what I mean regarding this. It should say next to it You and X like this post. Thanks.

    For custom fonts im not entirley sure but all you have to do is edit the CSS and include the file so for example: @font-face{ font-family: cool_font; src: url('cool_font.ttf');} Then declare it as usual p.custom_font{ font-family: cool_font;}

    This is a theme that I created after seeing a request for a minecraft skin created by another user (Almost like a rip). This theme was built of the stock IPB skin so not many changes have been made hence the basic in the title. The skin has been loosely based around the minecraftforums.net skin.

    This to me looks like it has been built using IP.Content() And then IP.Content set as the default page in the initdata file. IP.Content just uses blocks and or built blocks made by the user, I believe this is what your looking for Thanks and hope this helps. Damo.

    BitDefender finds your site to be infected. i advise users not to click on any links until a admin or mod has chance to investigate this.
