    the problem with your donation button is that its showing the secondary button css with the #user_utility_links css,and for your profile background,you can only change the height but it will also make the status update overlap the buttons under it,so this is what i did to fix all of that. go to look and feel - manage skin set and templates - your skin name in templates go to profiles - customizeProfilefind #customBackground{ and look for height: 500px,change it to the height your want.next find #user_utility_links a{ and add margin-top: 2px; under border: 0; (adjust the margin top px to what looks right to youlast scroll down till you find</if></style>add this just above it.ipsButton_secondary { background: none; }.ipsButton_secondary:hover { background: none; }then save,it should do everything you want.

    in your admin cp,go to look and feel - manage skin sets and templates - skin name open ips_styles.css and find #branding (adjust the height to match the height of your logo,the black box will disappear.the primary nav will not be centers anymore so if you want to center thisin ips_styles.css find #primary_nav (you will need to adjust the margin-top: 28px; to make it center.

    to me,alot of it depends on the current speeds you have on your home line also your isp.if your not pushing at least 50mbps its not worth it because you do like to use the internet so speeds will be restricted.as for the isp part,i know with my current provider they are against home servers unless you upgrade to their business class and thats being unlimited bandwidth on my current service so thats something else i think you should consider.yeah i know it sounds stupid which is it but they have the right to set the terms how they want.

    im trying to put a award system on my site for various contest we will be holding,not a fan of pin award management,so i google for different awards systems and found WF has jawards,i have look everywhere to find out bout it and its blank,only this site has it so if there anyway i could get some info on this also is this system better than HQ awards. thanks in advice and sorry if i posted this in the wrong place,wasnt sure if this would be support or just chat.

    admin cp -> system -> tools and settings, it will be called question and answer challenge.you may also want to use keycaptcha instead of recaptcha but thats up to you.to do this go to this site.sign up to get the api key. https://www.keycaptcha.com/then in your admin cp,go to system settings -> members -> spam prevention,hope this helps.

      its not just that,but for all the apps,plus over stuff which comes with like vb,ipb actually cost alot more,but vb support sucks.

      I have no idea why you would swap from IPB to MyBB - tones of rubish in MyBB which isn't needed to be there, more VULN's and such - really bad in my opinion. IPB is by far the best and most secure forum software out there. VB is just technical it doesn't have best security either.

      This is not directed toward you, Pooba. I have seen people switch from IPB to MyBB to XF to VB etc in the space of a week. This is only "news" if you have an established website. It doesn't matter if you're switching from nothingness to more of nothingness.

    yes,i see that now,just trying to figure out what needs to be changed.Edit: i did do everything that was said it was just my editor was messing up the bbcodes,but its works completely,thanks for this.

    im trying it now,but it only has settings for on or off,what groups can see it and a text editor,all the positioning settings are not there,could someone tell me what needs to be added to have them.Edit: the version on the site is outdated,will upload the most current version.

    i was thinking about purchasing a .me domain for my current site but dont know much about it,like to get some feedback on this before i do anything.I have seem alot of site use .me,.tv,.es and even .ru domains just like how my domain will look with .me lol

    you might need to update it to 1.3.1 to work for ipb 3.4.4.

    if your skin is not the default skin,you will need to upload the image to your skins image folder instead of uploading it to the master folder.

    idk,its a COD site and you seem to be going with a cod theme,the colors just dont feel right for the concept,if this was me i would find some kind of image or background of the official game and use the different colors off it.if you really want to go with a light skin,thats fine but maybe changing the white you have on the content area to more of a lighter grey.would make some colors clash less.

    i usually make my own icons,there are some really good sites that have tutorials on making some nice icons that you just adjust to what you want.you be surprise how making your own icons gives a premade layout more of a custom feel.here is one site i use. http://www.webdesign.org/

    well,ipb 3.4.4 is a complete bust,just update a site and now everything is broken,then add that ipb said its because of a custom bbcode and i have to remove it,yeah 35,000 post to check lol
