Yes I changed the notification configurations, other members tried too, but nothing changed. We will resolve this with Invision, thanks for trying help.

Ok, I have registered tasks, but I cant find anything about notifications. In fact, There is another person with this acess, I'm director of the website, not administrator.

Hello everyone, I checked the notifications and permissions settings, neither the topic's author, neither those who follow it are receiving notifications. This is happening with old community threads, what could it be? Im using IPS 4.5 Paid I'm checking to see if there's a simple solution, to not open a support ticket for this, but if it's not so simple that's what I'll do. Thanks.
