From IPB3 to IPS4 I can see a 1 second delay on each page.

Hi, I just wanted to know are downloads capped at a certain download speed limit because I am currently downloading a file which is 10MB and it seems like I'm limited to 3.4 & 6.8 KB/s and its taking 45 minutes to download. Thanks

Ehm... its not that ^^^, even i get that error A few days ago, i only downloaded one thing and i got this error all day, cleared cache, used another browser, another pc still got that error
