You've got a problem on the cookies and bypass Try to clear your browse with CCleaner, but do it right, then it'll gotta be working, or not.

I've been using this Dark/Light Fluent Design Theme and I don't even know how could I edit this (on the screenshot) This appears when I am on the panel: But there's no PDF file teaching how to edit, just the theme XML. How can I edit?
