1. I want to change the logo of my local site, there is an image that appears there but I can't find where it is exactly. in Theme.xml file there is this block

I used Notepad++ search files in folder feature to look for "logo_dark_full.png" in the entire directory, meaning all folders and files, but it didn't find anything. can someone give me any clues as to where i can find this image file and why there is curly bracket instead of a normal relative or absolute image path? what is the exact syntax to define image sources like this and how can I learn more about this? thanks in advance
