some plugin i unable to download it only say install from marketplace

hai, i have account on ips marketplace and i use 1 license and 1 nulled. i have buy some plugin on ips but i can't download the file to use on nulled site. is there any way to download and use on nulled site.

already follow that but not working.. i can't even select the box type
