1. Use this and in setting just enable it for user info select yes 2. Have you got System Settings > Members > COPPA Set-up select no, if that didn't work, go to Look & Feel > Registration Screen > registerCoppaStart, Find, <div class='post_form '>and replace it with this one <div class='post_form hide' >
