Hello ! When i upload a photo in profil This error message appears after a long waiting time : It's work fine with .jpeg or .png but i have this error with .gif what should I do?

Block Manager missing (Acme theme)

I check all the permission but It doesn't come from that. I found a solution ; when i want add a block (Statistics, Member etc...) i switch to default skin, and finally i put back the ACME skin. Not practical but it works -
