    Solved, changing permission to 755 fixed this error.

    Hi, I picked IPS 4.3 as prefix but my current build is 4.4.3. I have a problem with the Block Manager, actual problem is that I can't drag blocks to the current page. Instead of moving the block text gets selected and nothing happens. The issue started since I updated from 4.3.6 to 4.4.3, I already disabled all plugins, applications and themes but nothing seems to fix it. This could look like a repost but I already checked similar issues here like this one:
