PC all the way. Why pay for the game and access to play multiplayer every month/year when you can just buy the game on a PC? Although, console games are guaranteed to run smooth out of the box whereas on a PC you can have too bad a spec computer to run newer games.

I've loved this series from the start. I think it gives a rough idea of thin the line is for the president when it comes to decision making and choice of words.
