I don't see what you see on your end unless you send me a screenshot I have the 500 php error.

Now I get the error 500 like this; After I cleared my cache, Im using PHP 7.2

Yeah I can't find anything about it anywhere in my whm or cpanel If i search for specific pages eg; admin/install/eula.txt I can view those but the installer is just not showing up when I try to use that one.

It's on my VPS and I reinstalled it 5hours ago and set it up. But I can't seem to disable it when I was looking there is No rules in the rule list if that does matter at all, Ill keep trying to look for how to disable it because I do not have the Modsecurity on my cpanel for some reason.
