Hey guys. I'd like to hire a developer to create an application for my server. The idea in general is "quite simple" to understand, no idea how to make it myself - so I ask for help from one of you. First, the background: I am working on a World of Warcraft private server and the forum is our main website, hosted via GoDaddy. We have an in-game host as well, on Contabo. The problem: 2 different databases and a single account needs to be created as a result. What I aim for is a page or an application of some sort that upon clicking or interacting with it - will create the in-game account and will then lock itself from any further actions (at least, player-side). This can be used once and only with VERIFIED MEMBERS of the community. It should be able to detect duplicates and then prevent, maybe even suggest different similar names (if such an algorithm is possible?). Have the ability to generate a new password for in-game only beforehand so we will have an encryption source. The method used for my server is the following: More info will be shared at any time. I pay via PayPal, prices will be discussed in private. I do wish to note that I am willing to pay extra for some additional mini-features inside like password recovery for in-game account and send verification email and captcha requirement for each of these actions. Hey guys. I have a community with an in-game server (database 1) and the website itself (database 2). I'd like to connect a few database key features one to the other, if possible. I'd like to request a modified PayPal API with Account Credit - whenever it is being purchased NOT to update the FORUM value but to get the value and move it onto an external database into an integer value. Subscription - my site allows only one subscription (VIP), I'd like to have it modify something on an external database as well and whenever it expires to re-update that same value back as well (same for the renew process). Might be a bit complicated to understand., please ask if you got any questions. Sorry in advance If this is the wrong section.
