(Help) Driver error-There appears to be an error with the database.

I am getting this error too, pretty much when a user (or I when testing) register on the site and click the "Create Account" button to submit the form. I get this: I have tried the repair database solution I seen posted through online, and that does not fix it. I have also tried the admin tools to check the db etc, and all return fine. I do not know where to find logs for the in-depth error to figure this out, I have looked online for answers and nothing works. Anyone able to help? I'm using IPB 3.4.9 latest, nulled.
