I dont use any Download Managers, just trying to figure out this issue, I've used Opera and Chrome and Edge with no success, not sure why this is.

I can download anything from other categories just when I try to download a version of nulled IPB it shows a download speed of 50kb/s gets to about half way done then says the following keep in mind my download speed is 200mbps, checked everything from anti-virus program to firewall etc even reset the internet modem, nothing is working.
