I love IPB but it's really hard to compare a paid product vs. free.

Linux for any type of hosting (web, game servers, voice) but Windows for work and gaming.

You've just introduced me to TeaSpeak haha. First time ever hearing about it. I've hosted TS3 servers a long time ago and if I remember right, they have a 32 user limit for self hosting w/o a license but really solid codecs. Don't see the codecs listed for TeaSpeak but looks like they let you go over 32 users. Guess it depends on your situation and how many users you have.
