IPS is the most satisfying for me as a developer and administrator. Actually most of the users also love it. Xenforo is ok, vBulleti and phpBB are not the best option nowadays. I have never used SMF but I don't think I need to.

No, never. In the past when the antiviruses were few and not so good, maybe it made sense to buy a good one. Nowadays even the free antivirus software is in good level for personal computers. For business - maybe you should consider working with commercial software. Anyway, I think that no antivirus good stop professional attack but could protect from main threats.

Nervous, aggressive and impolite people get me mad. If your day or your life sux, why do you want people around you to feel miserable like you? I do not get it and I don like it.
