You can change this text using the translation tool. Customization > Languages > English (USA) or your main website language > Translate Search this : offline_unavailable Now you can change the text as you wish. you can change almost any text on the website using this method. Or you can use Quick Translating to quickly change text Customization > Languages > Translation Tools > Quick Translating If you have Quick Translating enabled, you can click and hold any word or phrase on your website to change it quickly.

I think you might have some eyes problems, since when you change the text showing on offline from your template php files ? you might have to look on ya sever thats not going to change anything just add to it look around in the php file where ya have ya ips installed
