you would do this on your server where you have yout theme folder and look for set_resources_2 if that what your theme order you are going to look for this file and open it 6d538d11ecfced46f459ee300b5e80ec_ta-library-1.0.6.js and find change to what ever you want make sure you refresh or wipe catch

Go into your forums main directory and edit the config global php file with the new database information. This will solve your database password issue.
