This is a revision of the hook "Secondary Navigation Managment
System". Breadcrumb Extender allows the end user to add a default
application link at the begining of the breadcrumb. This is ideal for
those using an application, other than the forums, for the default
application. This hook will detect the default application and display
the title and description set within the hooks settings.
