About This File
Note: For ip.board 3.2.x use simplepoints23300.zip.
This is a points system I was involved with.
Older versions may work for ip.board 3.1.3 or above, but currently this is supproted for 3.3.0 or above.
Members
can receive points by posting topics and replies. A topic creator can
receive points when others respond to his/her created topic. If a topic
gets x number of replies there can be yet another bonus.
If you
set a forum to give negative points then it takes away points when
someone posts. You can even set it to NOT ALLOW posts if someone
doesn't have enough points to cover that forum's cost (in negative
points)!
Warning: If you've ever used a
point system before and thus have point totals still in your database it
would be wise for you to back up your data in case this somehow drops
and re-adds the same field you used. I don't think that will happen,
but better safe than sorry. This is only for the first install. After that you won't need to worry about it. What's New in Version 2.3.6 (See full changelog)

Fixed bug where pages after page 1 of the leaderboard went to the wrong url.
I haven't tested this in 3.4.x but, it may work.
