(SOS34) Friends Online & Staff Online 1.3.0

This hook will add a new link on board top (beside Messenger and Notifications link) to list friends online and Staff online (if enabled).

Settings:
Show popup menu when there are no friends online?
Show Staff Online (you need to activate the setting and choose Staff groups)
Show messenger icon
Number of online friends to show
Allowed Groups to use the hook
Features:
Ajax loading of friends online menu
Offline status indicator: if you can access Admin CP, you'll see the anonymous friend with a * beside his name, just like happens on Online List.
