This hook will add a new link on board top (beside Messenger and
Notifications link) to list friends online and Staff online (if
enabled).

- Added STAFF ONLINE as a new option (a setting active) to display users from select groups below FRIENDS ONLINE. If a friend of yous is online and he is part of Staff, he won't appear on FRIENDS ONLINE; now he will appears on STAFF ONLINE.
