Doesn't work whatsoever - getting a blank page when going to /cometchat/ and getting an HTTP 500 error when going to /cometchat/install.php

I have a problem. I uplod the cometchat folder in the root directory, but when i go to : https://playevenly.fr/forum/cometchat/install.php   blank Page ! Do you have a solution ?
