(MDMX) Forums moderators 1.1.2

This app allows you to display a list of moderators in the list of forums.

What is the standard access rights?
The rights to the moderated forums in IPS4 are given together with the general rights of the community moderation (ACP: Members - Staff - Moderators). Therefore, if you specify as a forum moderator user, who is not yet a moderator, he will automatically be set as moderator with access limitations, specified in the Permission menu.
In the future, the change access rights is performed in ACP: Members - Staff - Moderators for a user or group as a whole.
