Stop Shouting in Topic Titles 1.0.1

This plugin will change the "UPPERCASE TOPIC TITLE" to "Lowercase topic title": it will transform all uppercase letters into lowercase letters and will capitalize the first letter of the topic title.

Strings that contain numbers or symbols will remain in upper-case, because they could potentially be acronyms such as W3C or IPS4, etc.

Settings:

• Type of topic title: first letter uppercase or first letter of each word uppercase
• Reserved word: Those words will remain in UPPERCASE
