IPS4 Dark Theme 1.0.2

Simple dark theme version of IPS Community Suite default. Changes are made entirely from threads and settings in a file dark.css custom CSS, easy to enhance your site, when we release new versions of the package.

Theme designers can use this theme as a starting point for its dark themes.
