Adds the Tumblr share service/link to IPS 4.1.x.
Once enabled in System > Sharing in your admin CP, a Tumblr icon should appear in your share links.
There is a setting for Gallery that enables Tumblr photo share using the gallery image, a click-thru to link back to the gallery image page, and the image name in the caption.
