About This File
This hook will show how many files are awaiting approval in IP.Downloads
tab. The counter will be shown only when there's pending/broken files
and will be shown only to IP.Downloads moderators, supermoderators and
administrators.
A new button will be added in IP.Downloads index linking to the Files tab in ModeradorCP.
