IPSFocus - Villain

Villain is a dark, semi-transparent dark skin which includes a simple background picker allowing your members to choose their own image from a preset array of high quality background images. Perfect for any community, and especially great for gaming forums or site who want to offer customization options to their members!
"Settings" Template File This skin includes a settings file allowing you to easily enable or disable features within the skin. This makes modifications and upgrades very simple since little code changes are required.
Background picker Your members can choose their own background image from a predefined selection and their choice is saved via cookies. This feature can be disabled using the Settings file.
Fixed header The top bar stays at the top of the site at all times, providing easy navigation. This can be disabled in the settings file if needed.
Guest message A customizable message is shown to guests, prompting them to either register or login to your forum.
Social links Social links can be enabled/disabled and customized to your own URL using the Settings file, allowing you to easily link to your social network pages (facebook, twitter, etc)
Tooltips Forum descriptions are placed inside animated tooltips (can be disabled using the Settings file if needed), resulting in a cleaner layout.
HTML text as logo Changing the logo text is extremely easy by modifying the HTML text. If required, the text can be replaced by an image instead.
Individual forum icons If enabled, you can customize the icons for each forum, allowing for easier identification. Easy to add your own, with instructions provided once purchased.
Grey-scale "no new" icons Forum icons are converted to grey-scale using css filters in webkit browsers (Safari & Webkit) if there are no new posts in that forum. Other browsers simply reduce the icons opacity.

PM Viewer
This application will allow administrators to read conversations on Admin CP. If admins has a special permission, they will also be able to VIEW hidden conversations, EDIT, HIDE/UNHIDE conversations (from appearing on PM Viewer application) and INVITE/REMOVE MEMBERS from conversations. Conversations can also be tracked by filtering keywords. If a specific keyword added by an admin is used on Conversation, users from selected group will receive a notification with a link to the conversation on PM Viewer application. Admins can also use tools to HIDE or UNHIDE all conversations with one click.
Settings:
Number of conversations per page Number of log entries per page Enable keyword monitoring Keywords to monitor Notification Groups: Members from selected groups will be notified when someone sends a private message that contaims a monitored keyword. Groups Permissions:
Protected groups: If a member from a selected group is involved in a conversation, then this conversation will be not viewable in the PM Viewer application regardless of who else is involved. The Smashable Christmas Lights plugin adds a ridiculous, festive touch to any IPS4 website with a string of breakable, twinkling Christmas Lights.
Features:
A string of HTML5-implemented Christmas Lights which will slowly blink on and off randomly. Mousing over a light breaks the light and plays a glass breaking sound! Reloading the page restores the bulbs to like-new condition so you can have another go at them. Settings provided include: Toggle lights on and off without uninstalling the plugin. Adjustable in size from 32 to 100 pixels. Auto padding is provided to prevent lights from overlapping key IPS navigation elements. This can be toggled off if desired. Volume adjust for glass breaking sound, can be turned off completely Experimental, unsupported support for mobile devices (no sound, may overlap navigation) Enjoy what is perhaps the most useless plugin ever developed for IPS4!
Warning: Will slow down browsers considerably. No attempt has been or will be made at optimization. Only guaranteed to work with the vanilla IPS skin - problems have been reported with Google Fonts as contained in 3rd party themes/mods. What you see is what you get...take it or leave it.

This nifty plugin will allow you to redesign user avatars throughout the system, without ever having to go near the Customization tab! Simply install and tinker away!
As of v1.0.1 the plugin is running on CSS Shell. It's required you download the app (it's free) in order to use the plugin!
The Know-How:
To redesign user avatars, simply edit the plugin settings. This plugin parses avatar CSS for you! It's recommended you remove any custom avatar CSS from the theme. All number inputs ( with the exception of the 'Border radius' ) are in 'px' units. 'Border radius' is in '%' units, so use '0' for a square shape, a '100' for a circular shape, or any value in between. Use the aspect-ratio toggle to determine whether avatar's width = avatar's height.135 downloads
