Key Changes
- Snow donation tier has been renamed to Frost, while Frost has been renamed to Snow.

Merged the individual applications and plugins IPS sub-categories together in a new category: Applications and Plugins.
- Remember: TAR files are applications and XML files are most often plugins.
- Renamed the IPS sub-category, Language Packs, to Translations.
- Renamed the IPS sub-category, Miscellaneous XML, to IPS Extras.
- Changed the Software profile field yet again, this time to IPS4 (from IPS Community Suite) and Legacy IPB (from Legacy IP.Board), as a result of it looking awful in the author pane. All users will be required to enter this information again.
