Added Name2Color Avatars. System is still processing users and it appears most are updated as they log into the site or their profile is viewed. There may be some anomalies but there's nothing we can do about that.
- Note: this app will be removed when WebFlake updates to 4.2 as these avatar styles will be a default feature of IPS 4.2
